Quick Quote:

“Samuel, 20, did everything short of throwing passes for the Buckeyes during his breakout junior campaign, leading the team in receptions, accounting for more than 1,600 combined yards as a rusher and receiver and scoring 15 touchdowns.” –Austin Ward

Scouting Report:

Elite speed that got overlooked at the Combine because of Ross’s record time. An offensive weapon that can be used all over the field in both the pass and run game. For offenses that like to confuse defenses by utilizing running backs, tight ends, and wide receivers in different positions, he is an ideal threat. Proficient in the run game as well, will be an intriguing prospect for creative offensive coordinators.
