An extremely shifty, quick, and agile running back / kick returner / slot receiver that has been extremely productive during his college career, and has been his team’s primary offensive weapon. Short, but with a solid build, Hines has battled injuries, and therefore, his medical evaluations will be paramount to his draft stock. When healthy, however, he is a true offensive weapon that can explode through holes and can reach an impressive top speed quickly. Very difficult to bring down in the open field, which he has showcased during both returns and in the passing game.
