An East Carolina transfer, Minshew has thrived in the wide open spread system at Washington State. Best with passes on the perimeter, and timing and anticipation throws. Shuffles well in the pocket and does a good job of gliding back up in the pocket when under duress to hit his launch point rather than bailing out. Needs to work on touch on passes over the middle and over defenders. Very good, but not elite arm strength, but very good ball velocity.
