2020 NFL Mock Draft – John Ellsworth – Round 2

Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3 | Round 4 | Round 5 | Round 6 | Round 7

Round 2:

33) Cincinnati Bengals – Joshua Jones OT, Houston 6’5″ 319 lbs

34) Indianapolis Colts (from was) – Cole Kmet TE, Notre Dame 6’6″ 262 lbs
There isn’t much space between Kmet & Trautman. The Colts like him & he would be a great local pick. Most mocks have him going later but I think it’s possible he doesn’t get by the Panthers at #38 so if they like him take him now.

35) Detroit Lions – Ross Blacklock DT/3/4DE, TCU 6’4″ 290 lbs

36) New York Giants – Kristian Fulton CB, LSU 6′ 197 lbs

37) Los Angeles Chargers – A.J. Terrell CB, Clemson 6’1″ 195 lbs

38) Carolina Panthers – Marlon Davidson DE/DT/3/4DE, Auburn 6’3″ 303 lbs

39) Miami Dolphins – Isaiah Wilson OT, Georgia 6’6″ 350 lbs

40) Houston Texans (from az) – Brandon Aiyuk WR, Arizona St. 6′ 205 lbs

41) Cleveland Browns – Grant Delpit SS/FS, LSU 6’3″ 213 lbs

42) Jacksonville Jaguars – Jacob Eason QB, Washington 6’6″ 231 lbs
This would be a good selection for the Jags. He’s a strong QB & hard to sack. Has very good strength. He’s a bit raw but with the right coaching he should be a starting QB in the NFL. Kind of like the Statue of Liberty with a cannon attached to his right shoulder. If the Jags pass on him here I would have to say they’re definitely “Tankin’ for Trevor”.

43) Chicago Bears (from lv) – Jeremy Chinn SS/OLB, Southern Illinois 6’3″ 221 lbs

44) Indianapolis Colts – Jordan Love QB, Utah St. 6’4′ 224 lbs

45) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Cam Akers RB, Florida St. 5’10” 217 lbs

46) Denver Broncos – Noah Igbinoghene CB, Auburn 5’10” 198 lbs

47) Atlanta Falcons – Justin Madubuike DT, Texas A&M 6’3′ 293 lbs

48) New York Jets – Zack Moss RB, Utah 5’9″ 223 lbs

49) Pittsburgh Steelers – Raeqwon Davis DT/NT/3/4DE, Alabama 6’6″ 311 lbs

50) Chicago Bears – Robert Hunt G/OT, Louisiana – Lafayette 6’5″ 323 lbs
I think this would be a great pick for Da Bears. Kyle Long retired & here’s a plug & play starter from day 1. He had a very good combine & has been moving up draft boards all off season. Can help out at OT too.

51) Dallas Cowboys – Damon Arnette CB, Ohio St. 6′ 195 lbs

52) Los Angeles Rams – Matt Peart OT, UCONN 6’7″ 318 lbs
The Rams need big time help on their OL. They decide to grab Peart here. He played ROT at UCONN but is quite athletic & could probably move over to the blind side & take some lessons from current LOT Andrew Whitworth who will be 39 years old in December. In 2021 Whitworth could retire & Peart could take over at LOT.

53) Philadelphia Eagles – Jeff Gladney CB, TCU 5’10” 191 lbs

54) Buffalo Bills – J.K. Dobbins RB, Ohio St. 5’9″ 209 lbs (4.39)

55) Baltimore Ravens (from ne) – Terrell Lewis EDGE/DE/3/4OLB, Alabama 6’5″ 262 lbs

56) Miami Dolphins (from no) – Shane Lemieux G, Oregon 6’4″ 310 lbs

57) Los Angeles Rams (from hou) – Jon Grennard EDGE/3/4OLB, Florida 6’4″ 263 lbs

58) Minnesota Vikings – Antoine Winfield Jr. FS, Minnesota 5’10” 205 lbs

59) Seattle Seahawks – Jaylon Johnson CB, Utah 6′ 193 lbs

60) Baltimore Ravens – Laviska Shenault WR, Colorado 6’1″ 227 lbs

61) Tennessee Titans – Prince Tego Wanogho OT, Auburn 6’5″ 308 lbs

62) Green Bay Packers – Jordyn Brooks ILB, Texas Tech 6’1″ 240 lbs

63) Kansas City Chiefs (from sf) – Cameron Dantzler CB, Mississippi St. 6’2″ 188 lbs

64) Seattle Seahawks (from kc) – Jabari Zuniga EDGE/OLB, Florda 6’3″ 264 lbs
