Running back saturation

    Wondering if the teams that needed RB’s might have gone heavy on them the last few drafts. RB’s could drop in this draft just because the need isn’t as high as it has been the last few years. Side effect of good drafting.

    True, but the injury rate is a factor, and that teams aren’t a fan of the feature back anymore, and using 2-3 backs and spreading out the carries.

    Yes, but there are several potential stars at the RB position like Jonathan Taylor and Etienne that could work their way into the 1st or early 2nd round.

      So early in the process, but next year looks like a year that doesn’t have a RB go in the first round. At the moment, this is primarily about need and value. One of the elite RB prospects would really need to show excellence in all three aspects for the position… pass pro, receiving, running, to be considered a lock for the 1st next year.
