A raw prospect caught on a team with an inexperienced QB and a team in turmoil, Tate still had a productive year at Florida State. A height weight speed specimen, he can get separation both at the reception and by sprinting by defenders. A large frame and huge catch radius makes him a dominant red zone threat, but injuries have hampered his college career. Could use another year in college, but his measurables and raw ability will get him drafted in the mid to late rounds. Red zone threat, but has durability concerns.
