Scouting Report:

A true hybrid defensive end / outside linebacker prospect that probably will find a home at OLB in a 3-4. An off the edge, pass rushing machine, Weaver has been a sack machine at Boise State, and highly productive. Is explosive with a very natural bend that allows him to gain leverage on linemen and get into the backfield with a variety of moves.
