Scouting Report:
After transferring from Alabama to Oklahoma, has found new life as a passer in the Sooner’s innovative, wide open offense. However, the transition to a more accurate passer actually started in his last season with Alabama, where he just started to develop into a more refined passer. Has developed into a more technique sound QB that is able to make accurate passers at all levels of the offense. Is a gifted and strong runner, but had evolved into more of a pocket passer that doesn’t bail out at the first sign of trouble. Oklahoma doesn’t require as many timing throws that can make NFL evaluations more straightforward, but has been consistent and accurate so far. Smart, experienced, and has high football character.
