Scouting Report:
Tall, big armed, and highly productive quarterback with somewhat raw but improving quarterback skillset. Took a long route to settle in as Memphis’ starting QB, but works hard and has superb football IQ. Has an unrefined throwing process from start to finish, but not fundamentally flawed, just needs work. Displays elite quarterback film at times, and at others will display sloppy footwork and makes poor throws. Has enough top level tape that it should allow him to move into mid or even early rounds, where a front office will probably consider him a one year project before being ready for a chance to earn a starting job.
