Scouting Report:

A penetrating, one-gap defensive tackle that turned the corner in regards to maturity and being a great teammate. Has a powerful initial burst, coupled with excellent strength that makes him a powerful interior threat. Has a relentless motor that creates a variety of disruptive plays, and is the fulcrum of the Notre Dame defense.

  1. Jerry Tillery didn’t look too explosive to me. Too many times he was either stacked up or down right pancaked in the video against Texas. If I was Buffalo’s GM, I would have to look at every other option before making a decision to draft Tillery. I would have to believe that there are other, better options to pick from than Tillery. Ofcourse, I am not the GM, however, he (Tillery) looked slow, at times like he didn’t even care to be on the field and overwhelmed by the talent on the other team. That is just my opinion for what it is worth.
