Scouting Report:
Powerful edge rusher that makes his money using both his hands and a strong bull rush to yank offensive linemen around, getting them off balance, and then using his speed to get into the backfield. Has really good arm length, and holds up well against the run. Moves better than what you would expect from someone of his size, and has been able to effectively drop into coverage.
Video Highlights:
L.J. Collier could be a good 3rd round pick for the Bills. He has pretty good instincts, a good motor and hunts the ball. He did seem to get sucked in from time to time and not get off on the snap once in a while which he will have to improve on. All in all, I believe that would be a good pick.
